Run Spinrite level 2 on them, take about 20 minutes and will tell you real quick if they are good or bad. It costs , but it’ll be the best money you ever spent on software as it can also fix hdds and help you get data off of them. I routinely run it on my drives (once a year) and it keeps disk performance up as well.
